Quantitative Insights in Healthcare Quality Improvement

After over 35 years operating as brick-and-mortar data collection facilities, The Henne Group (THG) and its Wyoming division, Waller Hall Research (WHR), have consolidated resources to become a primarily virtual operation. This transition has broadened our ability to serve a wider range of clients and showcase our unique expertise across both qualitative and quantitative studies.

THG has been conducting quantitative surveys for federal agency clients for decades. Most recently, THG has partnered with Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to conduct telephone interviews about quality improvement efforts in nursing homes and hospitals.  We assisted BAH and CMS in the development of the survey instruments by conducting cognitive interviews with hospital and nursing home administrators to finetune and refine the questionnaires.  We started data collection efforts just before Labor Day and expect to finish in the next few weeks. “We are extremely proud to be a part of this program evaluation effort by CMS,” says Key Sibby, Project Manager at THG. Additional waves of this project will be conducted over the next few years.
